Pamela Zachowski is a proud member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and has the designation of Professional Bridal Consultant. Prior to launching her company Legendary Events, L.L.C., Pam worked in various catering facilities in both the front and back of the house for many years, attended school for interior design and also graduated from the French Culinary Institute in New York City with a degree in Pastry Arts, interning and being taught by great chefs, David Bouley and Jacques Torres, then advancing to Pastry Sous Chef at Bobby Flay’s restaurant, Mesa Grill. She left Mesa Grill to open an at home business selling specialty cakes and desserts. She was recently named co-director for the North Western New Jersey Networking Group.
